All 4 seen looking well. Initially in the clearing and later in amongst the pine trees.

All seen grazing separately from one another in the clearing.

Seen three today,  all look well and enjoying a bit of late afternoon sun. Just 227 not seen today. 

Wednesday 26th October

 All four cattle at North end of enclosure grazing happily, all observed fit and well with a good supply of standing water in the gully’s 

Tuesday 25th October - all 4 cows found.

Hi all, 

Found all on the right side digging into some acorns. 

They all look really well and are keeping condition. 

Natural water sources are looking good a full!

All well...back on the acorns. I saw three in passing yesterday too.

Onnly managed to see one today standing by the water butt,. Had a quick scout around the field but no sigh of the other three today.

Update: Found the other three on my way back out, all fine but a bit soggy!

Am “off games” at the moment due to succumbing to COVID. Hope to back in action somewhen next week.

Wednesday 19th October

 Observed all four cattle grazing up the eastern side of the enclosure, all well and in good health. On their way to the northern end where they seem to enjoy spending the rest of the day. 

Tuesday 18 October

Three seen in passing...deep in the gorse along the stream. I forgot to blog yesterday but i hadnt found them and they were probably in a new favourite place.

Seen in passing ....still on acorns.

All well, by the north gate acorn hunting.... The more southerly stream accessis nearly collapsed...still providing a visible barrier but probably wouldnt stand an escape attempt.

 Found the cattle on the north end of enclosure all very contented and in good condition.

Hi, I may be able to check on the cows after work, but not 100% sure. 

Wednesday 12th October

 Found all four cattle happy and in good health munching away on the north end of their enclosure. I have one question on my way up to the north end of the enclosure I saw a dry trough but what is their permanent source of water? They are obviously happy but it is something I would check when I know what and where  it is. 

 Visited site for the first time to day for introduction meet with Ciara, all four cattle observed as well and in good condition.

Friday 7 October

All well...seen in the southeast corner by the fence. I also saw them all in passing on Wed and Thurs but forgot to blog...they were very busy rooting for acorns by the north gate.

Thurs 6th Oct

Only 3 seen today, 116, 231 & 225 all grazing happily. 231 may have slightly sore upper right front leg, looks pink but can’t see any cuts.
